missed someone so much it physically hurts? The pain that arises in your heart and somehow works it’s way to the pit of your stomach. The worst part isn’t the physical pain , but the mental strain. You’re stuck, the only thing on your mind is them. You can’t operate , can’t think straight . All you want is to get that person back , hold them in your arms and never let them go.

It’s strange how much more confident I feel when I’m eating healthier, even when the effects haven’t shown yet.  I’m going to stop drinking anything but water, so that should cut me down as well. :D  I’m so pumped!
